About the role

The ideal candidate combines deep P&C industry knowledge with hands-on technical expertise across data modeling, databases, React-based UI integration, REST API design, and cloud-native architecture. Design, evolve, and maintain a canonical insurance data model (CIDM) that supports ISO ERC and proprietary carrier products, and custom extensions.

What you'll do

• Design, evolve, and maintain a canonical insurance data model (CIDM) that supports ISO ERC and proprietary carrier products, and custom extensions
• Define and enforce standards for data capture, persistence, normalization, and extensibility, ensuring alignment with the FAST P&C Platform’s architecture
• Architect and govern effective dating, versioning, and historical tracking strategies across coverages, forms, schedules, exposures, and hierarchies
• Establish and communicate best practices for product-agnostic and highly extensible model design
• Define end-to-end technical architecture for integration with downstream systems (rating, analytics, reporting)
