Data Architect - Pharma

About the role

We are seeking for a Data Architect with over a decade of experience designing scalable data platforms and enterprise data models. This role requires strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and cloud ecosystems across AWS, Azure, or GCP. The ideal candidate will build high-volume data pipelines, real-time streaming solutions, and robust ETL/ELT frameworks.

What you'll do

• Expertise in data structures, distributed computing, manipulating and analyzing complex high-volume data from variety of internal and external sources
• Proficiency with big data tools and frameworks like Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake or Hadoop
• Apply understanding of pharma-specific data domains — including clinical trial data, real-world evidence (RWE), commercial/sales data, regulatory submissions
• Ensure data solutions are designed with pharma-grade compliance in mind, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA
• Design secure data solutions with deep knowledge of pharma-relevant compliance standards — GDPR, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP — including audit trail design
