About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to manage daily data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and other back-office activities related to our logistics operations.

What you'll do

  • Enter and update shipment, docket, invoice, and customer details in the company system
  • Maintain accurate records of pickup, delivery, and shipment status
  • Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and operational records
  • Verify data for accuracy and ensure timely updates
  • Maintain customer and vendor records and supporting documents
