Data/ETL Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare QA Engineer with experience in QNXT , Snowflake , and data validation testing. The role will focus on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of healthcare data, reports, and platform integrations across claims, membership, provider, and eligibility domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in testing healthcare applications and data platforms

What you'll do

• Design and execute functional, data, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios for healthcare applications and data platforms
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance using Snowflake and SQL
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect documentation
• Verify data migration, transformation, and reporting outputs for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct root cause analysis of data discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams for resolution
