About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Governance Consultant with 5+ years of experience to lead and orchestrate the assessment of our current data governance landscape, recommend a future-state operating model, and define a practical bridge to achieve it.

What you'll do

• Assess current data governance frameworks, policies, and processes across the organization
• Define and recommend a future-state Data Governance operating model aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
• Develop a roadmap and bridging strategy to transition from current-state to future-state DG capabilities
• Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, and data management teams, ensuring alignment and consensus
• Guide implementation of Data Governance , Master Data Management , and Reference Data Management solutions for insurance carriers
