Data Migration Lead

About the role

Lead the planning and execution of data migration to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system. Coordinate teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition. As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process to guarantee that data is transferred accurately and comprehensively to the new system.

What you'll do

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What you need

• 7.5–14 yrs of experience
• Databricks
• Data analysis
• Any graduate
