Data Migration Lead

About the role

Lead the planning and execution of data migration to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system. Coordinate teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition. As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to successful execution.

What you'll do

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize data migration processes and improve efficiency

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Data analysis
