About the role

The role requires attention to detail, English comprehension, process discipline, and consistent delivery against quality, productivity, turnaround-time, and service-level expectations.

What you'll do

• Review customer requests, source documents, along with additional data to understand the required processing activity
• Extract, enter, update, validate, and submit information in approved client systems, databases, and government portals
• Verify completeness, consistency, and accuracy against source documents before completing each transaction
• Follow approved SOPs, checklists, business rules, quality controls, and escalation procedures
• Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent information and raise queries or exceptions through the defined channel

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Data entry
• SOP writing
• Problem solving
• Class 12
