Data Scientist (3-5 years)

About the role

On top of it we are creating a real estate ontology: the entities, relationships, rules and semantics of the industry. You will be among the first data scientists to work on that foundation. Your job is to discover what can be built on it, prove it with working models and prototypes, and hand the winners to product teams.

What you'll do

• Help turn the Common Data Model into a real estate ontology: entities, relationships, constraints and business rules across leasing, property operations, assets
• Explore the ontology with data to find high-value solutions: forecasting, anomaly detection, entity resolution, Decision modeling / recommendation, valuation signals
• Prototype ontology-grounded AI: knowledge-graph retrieval, LLM agents that reason over typed entities, and natural-language analytics with a semantic layer
• Define metrics and a semantic layer so that a number means the same thing in every product
