About the role

We are seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Lead in our India Proposal Hub reporting to the Global Knowledge Management Lead based in UK. and will support in developing and maintaining a structured, searchable, and governed knowledge repository that enables teams to efficiently access proposal collateral such as standard approved content, methodologies, project experience, lessons learned, templates, and best practices.

What you'll do

Develop and implement the organisation's Knowledge Management strategy and governance framework
Establish and maintain a centralised repository for: Technical methodologies and execution plans
Proposal templates and go-bys
Project experience lists and profiles
Win profiles and case studies

What you need

5–9 yrs of experience
