About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
What you'll do
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage daily mise en place and ensure timely order execution
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, FIFO)
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs, Kitchen Associates, and trainees
What you need
- 3–6 yrs of experience
- Food production
- Food safety
- SOP writing
- BHM or Diploma or BBA
What you get
- ₹25k–₹30k a month
