DE-Manager-Python Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, FastAPI, AWS , and PostgreSQL , combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure high-quality system design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing robust, scalable applications
• Define best practices for coding, architecture, and deployment
• Lead the hands-on design and development of Python-based AI services, agent workflows, APIs, and orchestration components
• Implement and manage multi-agent frameworks, including agent routing, tool integration, memory management, context handling, approval workflows
• Develop and integrate RAG pipelines, LLM applications, vector stores, prompt engineering frameworks, evaluation mechanisms
