About the role

This role is responsible for leading platform development, maintenance, and support across enterprise systems. This role involves managing technical teams, resolving complex platform issues, implementing infrastructure projects and developing technical standards. The individual collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure the effective deployment of new technologies and maintains high service levels through continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

Responsible for leading platform development, maintenance, and support across enterprise systems
Manage and resolve complex platform issues escalated from staff
Oversee the implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of platform technologies across all systems
Develop and implement changes to department policies and procedures to address evolving business needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Lead quality initiatives to enhance service delivery and ensure critical technology maintenance is completed
