About the role

The Deal Desk Specialist – Bangalore will support the Americas Deal Desk team in managing and executing deal-related activities. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient execution of deal processes while maintaining high-quality standards. The specialist will follow established procedures, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and contribute to delivering a seamless experience for business partners and brokers.

What you'll do

• Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient execution of deal processes while maintaining high-quality standards
• Execute deal-related transactions and support deal closing processes
• Review contract and legal documentation and enter key data into enterprise systems
• Resolve write-off and missing payment inquiries
• Ensure efficient deal execution by following standardized and best-practice procedures
