Dealer Dev & Sales Competence Manager

About the role

Main objective of the role is effective dealer management on various strategic initiatives across Dealerships Map present Sales competencies & collect and collate entire dealer data and maintain quarterly Formalise and document dealer appointments, separations, and management of statutory agreements Management and implementation of Partner connect 2.0 including DSC audits and publishing of results and actions items for improvements

What you'll do

• Drive Partnership Development Program (PDP) cross functionally within Dealerships
• Drive dealer digitization intitiatives
• Participate in tactical review meetings to strengthen and leverage Dealers Operations Efficiency
• Drive Sales competence boost initiatives for dealership team
• Work constantly with all dealers sales team and Trainers for identification of the training needs and mapping them
