Deals Evaluation/Legal Consultant

About the role

This role supports the Business Finance & Compliance function by maintaining pricing grids and ensuring adherence to legal and financial standards. The position plays a key part in enabling accurate deal evaluation and compliance, helping safeguard business viability and operational integrity.

What you'll do

• Maintain pricing grids using Excel and internal finance tools, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data for deal evaluation
• Assist in evaluating business deals by applying pricing models and compliance checks with guidance from senior team members
• Support documentation of legal and financial compliance requirements using standard templates and digital platforms
• Participate in team reviews of pricing and compliance documentation, contributing insights based on strong understanding of organizational policies
• Apply foundational knowledge of finance and legal principles to identify basic discrepancies in pricing or compliance data
