Delivery Lead

About the role

Lead end-to-end delivery, or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. Ensure service quality and efficiency. Manage delivery outcomes and identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.

What you'll do

• Engage with client and multiple teams and responsible for team decisions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client satisfaction
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing

What you need

• 18–30 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Project management
• Cross-selling
• Any graduate
