Delivery Lead

About the role

Lead end-to-end delivery, or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. Ensure service quality and efficiency. Manage delivery outcomes and identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large Procurement Transformation programs across multiple geographies
• Own delivery accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Successfully manage programs ranging from USD 5M–50M+ with distributed global teams
• Drive executive governance with client leadership and steering committees
• Ensure delivery excellence using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
