Delivery Manager ASIA Bonds Settlement

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end settlement of Fixed Income trades across ASIA markets, ensuring timely and accurate completion within market cut‑offs. Act as senior escalation point for settlement fails, breaks, and high‑risk or time‑critical transactions. Manage settlements across ICSDs/CSDs. Ensure compliance with ASIA regulations, including CSDR settlement discipline and penalty frameworks.

What you'll do

• Lead end‑to‑end settlement of Fixed Income trades across ASIA markets, ensuring timely and accurate completion within market cut‑offs
• Act as senior escalation point for settlement fails, breaks, and high‑risk or time‑critical transactions
• Manage settlements across ICSDs/CSDs
• Ensure compliance with ASIA regulations, including CSDR settlement discipline and penalty frameworks
• Oversee DVP/RVP, FOP, repo, buy/sell‑back, and money market transactions
