What you'll do

• Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers to provide excellent customer experience and business growth
• Identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business needs
• Manage a delivery team and analyze delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
• Lead the service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure delivery of optimum performance of the teams
• Determine ways to reduce costs and effectively manage FTE within budget and without impacting customer satisfaction

What you need
