What you'll do

• Review and approve management fee, performance fee / carried interest, and other fund-level calculations
• Ensure fee computations are aligned with fund agreements, hurdles, waterfalls, and catch-up mechanisms
• Serve as the escalation point for complex fee-related queries from clients and internal teams
• Oversee end-to-end fund accounting for real estate funds across multiple structures (closed-ended / open-ended)
• Own and review the finalization of NAV, CUV, and NUV, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund governing documents and applicable accounting standards
