About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior MFT Support Engineer to provide operational support, administration, and maintenance of enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms supporting critical business-to-business (B2B) integrations and file exchange services.

What you'll do

Senior Managed File Transfer (MFT) Support Engineer
Provide L2/L3 production support for Managed File Transfer services and B2B file exchange platforms. [MFT | Excel]
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve file transfer failures, connectivity issues, and processing delays
Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise file transfer services
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents
