Deep understanding of cardiac diagnostics workflows (ECG, EP, cath) DICOM, waveforms, modality connectivity, structured cardiology reporting Proficiency supporting stress testing systems, telemetry, remote monitors Skills in registry abstraction support (ACC/STS) Experience working with Cardiovascular systems like IntelliSpace Cardiovascular, Vericis, ProSolv, Centricity Cardiology Workflow (CCW), and other similar applications"
What you'll do
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Application Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations
