About the role

Human Capital team helps Deloitte client service teams support value creation through people's performance. We guide teams in reimagining work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise, and help in transforming HR functions with AI and emerging technology.

What you'll do

• Develop as a firm leader; manage and deliver work efforts through the capability of your team(s)
• Leverage your growing expertise to navigate client teams; develop your instincts to help manage the increasing complexity
• Fine tune your capabilities and build a sustainable leadership franchise that you can execute against in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Network and train others in the firm, help others group through development and delivery of knowledge sharing
• Serve as a senior trusted advisor to client executives and project leadership, bringing deep OCM expertise, industry perspective
