Demand & Supply Planning Executive

About the role

Responsible for Demand & Supply Planning for all Zoya products, ensuring optimal production scheduling, material availability, and alignment of priorities across the value chain and Inventory Management of Solitaire Stones. The role focuses on achieving 90%+ OTIF, maintaining a 95%+ solitaire inventory service level within budgeted norms, and driving 100% Brand Satisfaction Score through proactive stakeholder engagement and timely query resolution.

What you'll do

• Own demand and supply planning for all Zoya products, driving 90%+ OTIF through effective material planning, order release, and fulfillment tracking
• Ensure stone and semi-finished goods (SFG) availability , coordinating with stakeholders to resolve shortages and establish realistic production timelines
• Establish clear priorities across front-end and back-end teams, balancing business urgency with service commitments
• Track production performance against planned schedules, address execution gaps, and proactively mitigate fulfillment risks
• Maintain optimal solitaire stone buffers to achieve a 95%+ service level while controlling inventory within budgeted norms
