What you'll do

• Always carries out production in assigned area / station according to Company recipes and specifications, as directed by the Chief Baker / Chef de Partie-Bakery
• Supervises Bakery staff in assigned service station during operational activities as directed by the Executive Chef / Chief Baker
• Always adheres to the daily production schedule, under the direction of the Chief Baker, as required by the itinerary and various outlets
• Always ensures that assigned section recipe files are maintained and available to assigned staff
• Regularly seeks guidance from the Chief Baker / Chef de Partie- Bakery in executing production according to Company recipes

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Learning and development
• Any graduate
