About the role

To lead engineering-driven operational excellence across depot equipment, maintenance systems, and cost optimization initiatives, while supporting digitalization (CMMS/EAM), sustainability goals, and uptime improvement of critical assets.

What you'll do

  • A. Asset Performance & Reliability
  • Own end-to-end asset lifecycle management of depot equipment (Reach Stackers, Trucks, Yard Equipment, etc.)
  • Drive OEE improvement through: Preventive & predictive maintenance planning
  • Ensure >95% equipment availability through strong execution discipline
