Deputy Chief Manager - Finance

About the role

The Deputy Chief Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing financial accounting, statutory reporting, audits, taxation, compliance, corporate governance, and working capital processes across multiple legal entities. The role will ensure timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, effective auditor and tax advisor management, and efficient cash collection and vendor payment processes.

What you'll do

• Statutory Reporting & Audit Management : Coordinate statutory financial statements, external audits, limited reviews
• Legal Entity & Branch Governance : Oversee compliance for European legal entities and branches, including statutory filings, governance requirements
• Accounting Oversight & R2R Coordination : Partner with the GBSS Record-to-Report team to review financial results, monitor reconciliations, resolve accounting issues
• Internal Controls & Compliance : Monitor key controls, coordinate internal audits, manage remediation activities
• Working Capital Management : Collaborate with GBSS Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to improve collections, reduce overdue receivables, optimize DSO
