What you'll do
- Clinical Care & Patient Management
- Deliver expert, specialized bedside nursing care for complex, critical, or high-dependency patients
- Perform systematic physiological assessments to monitor early signs of patient deterioration and escalate timely interventions
- Administer medications, intravenous treatments, and therapeutic procedures accurately per physician orders
- Manage smooth patient admissions, transfers, and discharges while identifying and clearing discharge barriers
