About the role

Element owner Element owner of Welding Gas cutting and IST member of Machine Guarding Carrying audit for unsafe conditions of U#1 to 5 Carrying out job specific training of work which is being carried out and carrying out SI on schedule basis. Preparing PPTs and keeping records of the audit observations.

What you'll do

• Preparing PPTs and keeping records of the audit observations
• Taking precautions, issuing permits and safely carrying out work at height
• Provide vision and leadership in collaboration with the Station Manager and management team to station personnel to help achieve the goals and objectives of the business…
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the turbine & auxiliary’s maintenance team to facilitate maintenance in a safe
• Provide input to long term maintenance plans based on predictive & preventive maintenance principles

What you need

• 12–15 yrs of experience
• Preventive maintenance

• B.Tech or B.E. or MBA or M.Tech
