Deputy General Manager - APS

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence and Industrial Engineering leader responsible for driving Lean Manufacturing, APS, and IE strategies across TND sites. The role focuses on establishing a strong Lean culture, enabling process excellence, and leading transformation initiatives aligned with global standards and Industry 4.0.

What you'll do

• Lean & Operational Excellence
• Drive Lean Manufacturing strategies across TND sites
• Implement Lean methodologies (5S, TPM, VSM, Kanban, etc.)
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and workshops (OPL, line balancing, visual management, etc.)
• Identify and eliminate waste across processes
