Deputy General Manager - Billing MEP

About the role

To lead and manage the billing function for GPL ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing processes aligned with project progress, construction partner agreements, and statutory requirements.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end billing processes for all ongoing and completed projects
• Ensure timely review and approval of contractor/vendor bills as per agreed contract terms (RA Bills, Final Bills, etc.)
• Coordinate with project teams, QS (Quantity Surveyors), and site engineers for work progress certification
• Validate and reconcile quantities and rates as per BOQ and work orders
• Ensure adherence to GST and other statutory requirements in billing
