About the role

Expand the network and market presence of Bar Systems products. Explore upgrade opportunities with existing clients to drive repeat business. Understand client needs and propose tailored technical and commercial solutions. Aim to get Dextra products specified and/or selected for targeted projects. Suggest new product developments and enhancements based on market insights.

What you'll do

• Lead and implement the overall sales strategy for Bar Systems in alignment with company objectives
• Achieve defined sales and margin targets through strategic prospecting and client engagement
• Track major construction projects in civil infrastructure, urban development, and maritime sectors across the DIN region
• Identify and prioritize projects with high sales potential and maintain an updated sales forecast and project pipeline
• Identify new leads and conduct client visits to build relationships and generate opportunities
