This role involves ensuring compliance, monitoring costs, accounting, and presenting end-to-end financial analysis for manufacturing units in Central West and North cluster. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and deliver in one of the most important capability areas for Godrej Consumer.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the plant, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for capex proposals and oversee effective working capital management
• Partner with cross-functional supply chain teams to drive digitization and automation of reporting, enabling better visibility and decision-making
• Implement and strengthen internal controls and compliances at the plant to ensure effective operations
• Ensuring statutory compliances, statutory audit and GST reconciliation and coordination with departments

What you need
