About the role

Deputy General Manager - Investment Management at Godrej Industries Group. Sourcing of deals.

What you'll do

  • Generate actionable pipeline of investable opportunities in commercial real estate
  • Independently manage transactions and negotiate with land owners, IPCs
  • Evaluate the pool of potential deals generated by team and provide inputs on the deals to be pursued
  • Prepare and negotiate Terms Sheets and other negotiation documents as may be required on a case-to-case basis
  • Involve in negotiating with landowners / JV partners during the course of the transaction and during definitive documentation stage to enable deal closure
