Deputy General Manager

About the role

Deputy General Manager at KP Group. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote transmission tower structures to utilities, EPC companies, and government departments (Power Grid, State DISCOMs, etc.).

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote transmission tower structures to utilities, EPC companies, and government departments (Power Grid, State DISCOMs, etc.)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Manage end-to-end bid/tendering process including vendor registrations, pre-qualification, pricing, and submission of technical & commercial bids
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Production, and Dispatch) to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Sales
• Target achievement
• Any graduate
