Deputy General Manager - RTR

About the role

This position requires a deep understanding of end-to-end R2R processes, a strong focus on continuous improvement and transformation, and exceptional leadership abilities. The Deputy General Manager will deputize for the General Manager, overseeing daily operations, leading and mentoring the team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

What you'll do

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating financial information, and resolving conflicts
• Leading and managing R2R transformation initiatives, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation
• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process improvement and automation, including the implementation of RPA, data analytics, and other digital tools
• Developing and executing project plans for transformation initiatives, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Managing all aspects of Trade accounting ,financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness
