About the role

Deputy General Manager - Sales & Marketing (Dealer) at RPG Group (CEAT, KEC, RPG companies). Lead and drive dealer/channel sales for Power Cables + Group Cables on PAN India Basis, ensuring strong market penetration and growth in sales volumes, visibility.

What you'll do

• Lead and drive dealer/channel sales for Power Cables + Group Cables on PAN India Basis, ensuring strong market penetration and growth in sales volumes, visibility
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the dealer network, Appointing New (as necessary), increase brand visibility
• Achieve annual sales targets specifically for the dealer business; monitor regional performance, identify gaps
• Issuing LPs, Dealer Policies, Stock management, Effective management of dealer network in such a way that they grow with organization
• Build, nurture long-term relationships & grow, with channel partners, including dealers, distributors, and stockists
