About the role

The DGM – Wood Adhesives will lead the wood working range of water-based adhesives , including D2 , D3 , and Membrane Adhesives . This strategic role is responsible for driving market expansion, achieving sales and profitability goals, and building a high-performing team to strengthen customer acceptance and market share.

What you'll do

Explore and identify specific industry segments for the newly developed range of specialty adhesives in the wood working category
Devise and implement aggressive market strategies to capture growth opportunities across new product streams
Achieve defined sales and profitability targets within specified time horizons
Enhance market share and ensure product acceptability among customers through effective engagement and service delivery
Drive business development initiatives to expand the reach of D2 , D3 , and Membrane Adhesives
