Deputy General Manager - Sales

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth for the aqua feed business in ROI aqua feed market. The role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and proven expertise in channel development, key account management, and building high-performance sales teams.

What you'll do

• Sales & Business Growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets in Andhra Pradesh
• Drive expansion in fish feed & Aqua Health care segments
• Forecast demand and ensure product availability through close coordination with production & supply chain teams
• Channel & Dealer Management
