Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and the Legal team.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and the Legal team
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of correspondence, including emails, letters, and legal documents
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to important information
• Prepare and draft legal documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards
