Deputy Manager - Accounts Receivable

About the role

This position involves managing a team, performing month-end closing activities, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audits. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive process improvements and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

What you'll do

• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable, including revenue-related reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare and analyze month-on-month (MoM) variances in AR balances and assist in identifying key drivers
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue receivables to ensure timely collections
• Prepare monthly AR schedules, customer reconciliations, and bank reconciliations, and assist in resolving open reconciling items
• Assist in maintaining compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFCs) and provide support during internal and statutory audits
