About the role

Manage end-to-end US/UK P2P operations, including invoice receipt, coding, 2-way/3-way matching, approvals, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations. Ensure invoice processing Turnaround Time (TAT) and SLAs are consistently met. Monitor daily workflows, backlogs, and month-end closing activities for AP.

What you'll do

• Process & Operations Management
• Manage end-to-end US/UK P2P operations, including invoice receipt, coding, 2-way/3-way matching, approvals, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations
• Ensure invoice processing Turnaround Time (TAT) and SLAs are consistently met
• Monitor daily workflows, backlogs, and month-end closing activities for AP
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements (US/UK)

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Accounts payable
• SOP writing
• SAP
• Reconciliation
• Month-end close
• Internal controls
• Chartered Accountant or MBA or M.Com

Good to have

• MIS reporting
• Treasury
