What you'll do

• Manage administrative functions for efficient office operations, including housekeeping and cleaning processes
• Arrange transport for employees, equipment, and materials. Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel, and maintenance
• Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely and efficient manner
• Support management of administrative services to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence to Group standards
• Oversee office supplies, equipment inventory, and procurement

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Vendor management

• MIS reporting
