Deputy Manager – Agriculture & Domestic Pumps

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive sales and provide technical expertise for our range of agricultural irrigation pumps and domestic water pumps . The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge with strong customer engagement skills to deliver solutions that meet the needs of farmers, households, and distributors.

What you'll do

• Promote and sell agricultural and domestic pump solutions to farmers, households, and dealers
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pump models and configurations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding the dealer network
• Provide installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support
