Deputy Manager - Benefits Support Management

About the role

This role combines strategic process management with strong people leadership to ensure seamless delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with Gallagher’s global standards. The AM/DM will collaborate with branch leadership and stakeholders to assess operational needs, research best practices, and support the design and rollout of new processes and tools.

What you'll do

• Act as liaison between branch leadership and teams to align goals, ensure clear communication, and drive consistent performance
• Ensure projects are executed accurately and within established timelines, by coordinating with various onshore and domestic partners
• Identify and address potential challenges early to minimize risks and maintain smooth, productive operations
• Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement
• Participate in integration meetings and host feedback sessions to enhance performance
