Deputy Manager

About the role

Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, Factory Act, and environmental regulations. Implement and monitor EHS management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Conduct risk assessments, HIRA, JSA, HAZOP, and process safety reviews. Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for hot work, confined space, work at height, and electrical isolation.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, Factory Act, and environmental regulations
• Implement and monitor EHS management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Conduct risk assessments, HIRA, JSA, HAZOP, and process safety reviews
• Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for hot work, confined space, work at height, and electrical isolation
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and CAPA implementation
