Deputy Manager - Central Tendering

About the role

Role & Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end tendering and proposal management process Analyze technical specifications, tender documents, BOQs, customer requirements to prepare competitive and technically compliant bids. Coordinate with engineering, sales, product management, sourcing, manufacturing, and finance teams to develop optimized techno-commercial proposals.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with engineering, sales, product management, sourcing, manufacturing, and finance teams to develop optimized techno-commercial proposals
• Drive cost optimization initiatives during bid preparation while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards
• Prepare technical deviations, compliance statements, commercial clarifications, and risk assessments for tenders
• Develop accurate product selection and solution configurations based on customer applications, motor control requirements, and protection philosophies
• Support bid strategy development with focus on win probability, profitability, margin enhancement, and risk mitigation

What you need
