Deputy Manager - Charging Solutions at Mahindra & Mahindra. Design and develop EV charging power converters including PFC, LLC, Full-Bridge, Half-Bridge, and Synchronous Buck topologies.

What you'll do

Design and develop EV charging power converters including PFC, LLC, Full-Bridge, Half-Bridge, and Synchronous Buck topologies
Select, size, and validate critical power components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC devices, magnetics, capacitors, and protection circuits
Design, debug, and validate analog and digital hardware ensuring compliance with EMC, safety, and reliability requirements
Develop schematics and collaborate with PCB teams for optimized layout, thermal performance, and manufacturability
Lead prototype bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
