What you'll do

• We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027
• The Continuous Improvement & Industry 4.0 Leader is responsible for driving operational excellence across the site through the effective deployment of Lean, Six Sigma
• This role partners closely with Site Leadership to define and execute the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy, enhance plant performance
• The position also leads Industry 4.0 initiatives, enabling the adoption of digital manufacturing technologies, smart data utilization
• Additionally, the role is responsible for driving cost-out projects across the organization and ensuring robust tracking and monthly reporting of cost savings
